Kruger National Park’s Looming Elephant Poaching Crisis
A few months after General Jooste warned of a looming elephant poaching crisis in Kruger National Park there are news reports estimating that 12 elephants were killed inside the park over a period of 7 weeks. This is alarming as incidents of elephant poaching in the park were rare. Could the elephant poaching crisis be moving to South Africa as the general predicted?!
